Dear Performer,

Please come to the rehearsal dressed in formal concert attire (including the shoes you will be wearing in the performance). Your teacher can advise you as to suitable attire. You may want to bring a sweater to wear backstage because to hall can be chilly. In addition, it is recommended that you bring a book to read while waiting backstage.

In order to ensure our fine musicians with a quiet environment for the dress rehearsal, parents need to provide proper supervision for their younger children while in the performance hall.

Everyone except the graduating students and their teachers must purchase a ticket for the concert. Tickets for the concert may be purchased by calling the Spivey Hall Box Office at 770/961 – 3683. The Box Office will be open on rehearsal day. Ticket Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and one hour prior to each concert. We are encouraging the families and friends of graduating students to purchase $50.00 worth of tickets. This is an urgent request, not mandatory, to help underwrite the cost of the hall and provide for audience support. Prices are $15 for adults and $7.50 for children; all seats are reserved, so best seats need to be purchased early.

Absolutely no videotaping. No flash photography is allowed during the concert. There will be ample time for photographs after the concert. A DVD or videotape of the concert will be sent to you about a month after the concert. Thank you for your cooperation!
